Unable to log into account

Hello.

I forgot my password to log into my personal account. I requested a new one by SMS, I received it, but when I try to use it, I get the following message:

"Vous avez fait plusieurs saisies erronées. Pour votre sécurité, nous vérifions qu'un robot n'est pas en train de se connecter"

Could you help me solve this?
