Not able to make calls or use 4G
Hi, I have not used my sim card for the past 4 months since i was india, but partiallty used by friend for 3 - 4 times. all these months the bill was also paid automatically from my card. now i am back in france, but now am not able to make any calls or use my internet but able to receive calls and messages. could someone clarify the issue. Thanks

After checks, you had a call limitation due to unpaid bills.
Following the representation in the bank of your invoices, I will unblock your line. This will be effective within 30 minutes to 3 hours.
