I want to pay online with my credit card. However, payments are neither accepted nor rejected. When I enter all credit card's detail, click on payment button, it redirects to my bank (online banking), I confirm the transaction and then nothing happens. My bank says that the provider (La Poste) requests payments while on the transaction but after approving the transaction it (La Poste) never returns to complete this transaction.
And now an option to pay online disappeared from client area (espace client).
How could I pay for the service online?

Payment in cash / by credit card is possible at the Post Office, the service is called Eficash and is billed at € 5.

I do not wan't to pay extra 5Euro as commission at a post office or a bank for having forfait for 10Euro.
Is it possible to make/to correct a payment procedure to be able to pay online in my client area with my credit card?

I have a similar problem. While trying to pay / reload from the given packages online and the transaction never gets completed, It logs out automatically each time. Can you help me please?
