Activation of sim card?

Hello.

I bought a new sim card to use in a new phone I have that I did not buy in La Poste but is unlock. I have been trying to activate my sim card or making it work but I could not do it. I already tried to activate it here "https://activation.lapostemobile.fr/carte-sim"; but it says it is already activated. I can not try to fix the issue here "https://espaceclient.lapostemobile.fr/mobile/mon-telephon...; because I do not know my number because I am not able to use the sim card so I did not receive a SMS with my number, I do not what number I have with my new simcard.

I use to use the simcard tomorrow and I also dont can call you because I do not have a way to call you with out a sim card in my phone. What I should do!?

Hey,

You are correct, I can not activate (or start to using) my new card. However, it seems weird to send my email and my number of subscription here in a forum that anyone can see. Are you not able to see my email and contact me directly?

I think activation of sim card is very important. I think if we don't activate our sim card, it will be hard for us to make calls and use internet.
