Where can I give operators feedback?
Hello,
an operator of La Poste Mobile support was very rude at me at the phone. Where can I give feedback about her? It's acceptable to be treated in that way.
I hope to get an answer because the only solution I see is to write a letter where I cancel my contract and I report the rude call.
