I can log on to my mobile phone account via the APP, but not online in the ESPACE CLIENT, using the same code confidentiale. WHY?

If I understand you manage to connect to the application, on the other hand, when you indicate the confidential code in the Customer Area, it is not taken into account, is that correct?

I can logon using the pone app, but not using a computer.

To access your customer area, go to https://espaceclient.lapostemobile.fr/mobile/identificati...!
Enter your telephone number in the identifier, click on "forgotten confidential code or first connection".
You will receive an SMS with a code to enter in the "confidential code" field.
Be careful to respect upper and lower case letters.
You can then personalize your confidential code.
