My line is suspended because I had a certain amount to pay for my previous line. I receive a link for the payment but my payment was not accepted. Can you please send me another link for the payment or details for bank transfer or you can direct debit that ammount for my new bank account. I would prefer direct debit or bank transfer if possible.
I told La Post bank about the problem and they ask me to call certain number however I dont speak french.
Please help me out
