We bought two SIM cards at La Poste in person. We each purchased a 3-month offer for 3-in-1 plan with unlimited text and voice, and a starter amount of data. After 3 weeks, both our phones stopped working except with wifi. We have called LaPoste, we have written LaPoste, we have gone back to the Poste where we bought them. Nothing has changed. Five days later, I am desperate! How can this be fixed?

Hello, what kind of sim card did you buy, is it a prepaid card valid for a while and must be recharged regularly or is it a subscription that resets every month?
