We have a new contract with new phone number. The SIM is in the phone but we have a SIM not provisioned error which stops the SIM connecting to the network. WE have validated it but as yet have not been able to connect for the last 48 hours.

If I understand correctly, you have activated your new SIM card but you cannot use your network services. Is this correct?
