Hello. I’m sorry I don’t speak French. I just arrived to France and I bought a SIM card from La Poste. I validated the SIM card online and purchased a plan and an email was sent saying that my line will be activated. I have been waiting for more than a day and my SIM card on my phone isn’t working. Please help.

If I understand correctly, you signed up for a line yesterday and activated the SIM card, but you have no service, is that correct?
