Effectivement, l'Option Monde doit être active sur votre dossier afin de pouvoir émettre et recevoir des communications depuis l'étranger.

Sachez que vous pouvez utiliser votre téléphone dans toute l'Union Européenne et en DOM/COM comme en France.
Attention, les communications depuis la France vers l’UE ne sont pas incluses.
Pour connaitre votre enveloppe internet disponible depuis ces zones, vous pouvez consulter votre Espace Client : https://espaceclient.lapostemobile.fr/mobile/identificati... ou vous référer au guide tarifaire (https://medias.lapostemobile.fr/portail_mobile/pdf/portai...).

Pour utiliser internet depuis l’UE, DOM/TOM, il faut activer les données mobiles + l’itinérance des données mobiles.
Je vous conseille d’effectuer un arrêt/marche du mobile une fois arrivé à destination.
Pour émettre des appels, SMS/MMS, pensez à remplacer le « 0 » du numéro de téléphone de votre correspondant par l’indicatif « +33 » ou « 0033 » si votre mobile ne le fait pas automatiquement.
